Famous Vladivostok rocker Panfilov will become lecturer

Irina Sokol - "Patriot Primorye" - Foresight project to mobilize a large number of participants for long-term changes in public spaces and the formation of a new social reality.It is organized without the help of government and business and aims to change the identity of Primorye. In just two years, the organizers managed to gather 800 activists who are always involved in the activities of the project. Together more than 100 events have been carried out.
