The construction of the Far Eastern Federal University is yet another major project in Primorsky Krai. In 2012 the university will accommodate participants of the summit and once the summit is over it will be converted to research and education facility.

Moreover, it is vital to address the residents’ needs. Also, despite the tight deadlines it essential to fulfill quality and safety requirements. Cost of construction works should be reduced through application of the state-of-the-art technologies and elaborate logistic schemes.

Supply of constructional materials to Russky Island is another issue of high priority. To solve this problem it is necessary to establish a temporary customs check-point. This decision will allow it to keep the speed of construction.

The development of communal infrastructure will be carried out through purification and waste treatment facilities. In the recent time there have been tangible improvements in the sphere of energy. Gazprom OAO and JSC FGC UES have already presented their investment projects and Government, in its turn, has defined financing sources.
