Sakhalin banker imprisoned for 4 years for fraud

Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. March 14. VOSTOK MEDIA - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk City Court handed down a guilty verdict in the case of a Deputy Chairman of the Board - Chief of the "Treasury" of the Inter-regional economic co-operation Joint Stock Bank "Sakhalin-West" Constantine Cherednichenko. He was found guilty of embezzlement, theft that is someone else's property entrusted to the offender by a person using his official position, on a large scale (st.160 Part 4 of the Criminal Code).
