First Recycling Mini-Plant Constructed in Kamchatka

PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY. July 14. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The first recycling mini-plant in Kamchatka was constructed near Esso village. Today, specialists from RF Ministry of Natural Resources and Rosprirodnadzor for Kamchatka Region will inspect the plant.
About 45 mln rubles were allocated for construction of the plant in the framework of the federal programme. The plant is a deactivation furnace for destroying solid domestic wastes with capacity exceeding 150 kg per hour, more than one thousand tons per year. The recycling plant will reduce significantly ecosystem load in the Bystrinsk region, reported Ministry of Natural Resources.
