International Fight in a Vladivostok University – Who’s to Blame?

VLADIVOSTOK. April 15. VOSTOK MEDIA – A mass fight between Russian young men and Chinese students occurred near the Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service today.
The university press center reports, the incident took place at 01:20 p.m. local time (GMT +11).
The conflict arose between local guys and Chinese students near the university. Witness said the fight had been initiated by Chinese students. Students’ coursemates and university guard tried to set apart the fighting and were injured by some of them. Several minutes later the police was at the scene. One Chinese and three Russians were moved to hospital with incision wounds.
Now the Primorsky Krai Department of Internal Affairs is clarifying details of the incident and refrains from making statements about initiating a criminal case.
