Dreadful Disease Threatens the Mankind

VLADIVOSTOK. 15 October. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Strange strain led to the death of three persons, is identified as an unknown type of arenavirus carried by rodents. New strain leads to 100% lethal end, informs the World Health Organization.
In Zambia on September, 12 an officer worker organizing safari-tours is reported to be rushed to hospital in South Africa with the unknown disease indicators. On September, 14 the patient died in the hospital of Johannesburg.
On Setember, 27 the hospital attendant who cared for the patient was also rushed to hospital of Johannesburg and then died on October, 2. On October, 5 the medical sister who also looked after the patient died in the hospital.
By now tests have been taken on all known types of virus hemorrhagic fever caused by pathogenic microorganisms. Tests in South Africa are held on. Also tests will be made in Special Branches on pathogenic microorganisms and pathology of infectious diseases of the Centre fighting diseases and diseases prevention, Atlanta, the USA.
Clinical indicators of this disease found in three cases are fever, head ache, diarrhea, myalghia. Later appear rash and dysfunction of liver, and then follow worsening of the condition and death. Bleeding is not a common symptom.
Neither in Zambia nor in South Africa there are registered cases of diseases. 121 persons in South Africa and 23 persons in Zambia who contacted with the dead woman are now under medical watching.
By this day there are no traveling restrictions while applying for visa or coming back from South Africa and Zambia.
