VLADIVOSTOK. January 16. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Deputies are preparing amendments that imposed a fine for smoking in public places in the amount of three thousand, according to "Izvestia". So far in the Administrative Code no punishment for violators of smokers is not provided. It is assumed that the fines will take effect from 1 January 2014.These amendments will penalize both the physical and legal persons for smoking in public places. Presumably the first in January 2014 fans to smoke in restaurants, cafes, medical facilities, shops, transport, and other places that are not designed and equipped specifically for smoking will be fined three thousand rubles.
