“Positive-2008” in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. 16 September. VOSTOK-MEDIA. The III Annual Primorian Festival of Alternative Culture and Sports will be held in Primorye on September, 28.
It is organized by Vladivostok Youth Public Organization for Non-traditional Arts and Sports Support “Alternativa” and Student Leaders Academy of Far Eastern State Technical University supported by Youth Affairs Department of Administration. Young people above 12 years old and men under 35 doing non-traditional sports for over a year can submit an application form till September, 27 to VYPO “Alternativa” or send e-mail: aleko@vlc.ru.
Program of the Festival includes: skateboard contest in two categories: junior and professional: highest and showy jump on skateboard; semi-final skateboard contest among juniors and professionals: roller-skates in disciplines “fitness” and “aggressive”: the most complicated jump on roller-skates competition; final among juniors and professionals: results resuming and winners awarding ceremony.
Festival will take place on September, 28,10-19 p.m., FESTU (Funicular station).
