The defence of ex-Major of Vladivostok is going to fight further

VLADIVOSTOK. DECEMBER 15. VOSTOK-MEDIA – “The decree of the Soviet district court of Vladivostok city, concerning the substitution of conditional sentence of Vladimir Nikolaev, former Major of Vladivostok for imprisonment is illegal” – said attorney Olga Korovina at the briefing. - “Unfortunately, the court did not take into account arguments that they had submitted. We consider Vladimir Nikolaev did not violate the law concerning moving in and out foreign country. Vladimir Nikilaev had a right not to notify anybody about his departure from Vladivostok.”
There were valid excuses of his departure in Thailand as well as his sojourn there. The documents about these reasons were given during the hearings. The defence is going to lay a complaint to the oversight body in her own name as well as Vladimir Nikolaev’s.
“Now we have the decree of the district court, and when we get decision of the regional court we will lodge a complaint on it, we will defend Vladimir Nicolaev.” – said the defence council.
Ex-Major of Vladivostok, Vladimir Nikolaev stays in Thailand because of his disease.
