VLADIVOSTOK. December 15. VOSTOK-MEDIA - To attract t foreign tourists to the Far East , the Russian government will charge the Russian Foreign Ministry to develop a procedure for visa-free stay of foreigners for up to 72 hours.
Now this practice is in St. Petersburg for foreigners coming to town on cruise liners. It can be extended to Vladivostok and Nakhodka, and run on other port cities of the Far East.
