VOSTOK MEDIA - On the initiative - to develop and adopt a flag of the city of Vladivostok as another addition to the official coatl of the arms - the head of Igor Pushkarev addressed members of the public of the regional center - the meeting of Vladivostok, Far Eastern Shipping Company, the deputies, the press service of the City Hall.By order of the head of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev in the city administration has established a working group to draft the flag of Vladivostok city district. The working group included Head of Culture Peter Semin, head of planning and architecture, Anatoly Melnyk, professor of architecture and urban FEFU, author of the flag of Primorsky Krai Victor Obertas, Duma deputy Alexander City yurt, other specialists.
