The Car Owned by the Representatives of Japanese Company Sumitomo was Stolen

VLADIVOSTOK. March 17. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The car owned by the representatives of Japanese company Sumitomo was stolen. It occurred during the negotiations held by managers of the famous company in Vladivostok city hall.
The Japanese businessmen proposed to implement their control system over traffic flaw, namely, to install modern traffic lights and cameras on the streets of Vladivostok.
The representatives of Sumitomo delegation believe that an implementation of their technologies will allow decrease road accident by 40 % and time spent on the roads by 10-20 %. It’s a pity that the technology will not reduce the number of vehicle theft. But this question refers to law enforcement agencies.
