The Killer Whale was Cast Ashore in Sakhalin

The specialists found it on coast 3 meters from water
UZHNO-SAKHALINSK. March 17. VOSTOK-MEDIA – On the night of Saturday/Sunday the 5 meter long killer whale-calf was cast ashore between Lopatino and Seleznevo villages in Kamchatka.
Presumably the beast was chasing seals dwelling in Nevelsk region. During the storm the whale became weaker and got on shallow water and then it was cast ashore. The specialists found it on coast 3 meters from water.
In the region such cases occur every two or three years. At the present time carcass of the whale-calf is laying on shore peaked by seagulls, crows and local population is carving the whale to feed dogs.
