Communists of Kamchatka Picketing Regional Police Department

PETROPAVLIVSK-KAMCHATSKIY. April 17. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The communists of Kamchatka picketed Kamchatka Region Department of Internal Affairs. Several people with red flags in their arms came to the fence of police department building and picketed it outside. According to the regional Department of Internal Affairs, the unauthorized action was initiated by Communists in response to police officers’ actions during the last communists’ picketing. They did not comply with the law then and were not allowed to carry out rally. That’s why the law enforcement officers brought administrative action against the initiators of the action.
Police officers stated that along with a guaranteed by the RF Constitution right to carry out rallies and meetings, the participants of the protest action must have a permit issued in accordance with the applicable procedure.
