Gas to Transport to APR Countries Though Primorsky Krai

VLADIVOSTOK. June 17. VOSTOK MEDIA – Primorsky Krai is considered to be a perspective area for gas export to the countries of Asia-Pacific region.
There is a problem how to supply with gas all regions of Far East. The joint stock company Gasprom is going to transport gas from Russia to Japan through Vladivostok to solve this problem.
The president of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev posed a problem to finish the construction of gas pipe-line Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok in 2011.
Last week a negotiation on construction of gas pipe-line was held in Khasanskiy district.
During the negotiation questions about gas supply were discussed. The press service of Regional Administration reported that first of all gas will be given to the objects of housing and communal services.
