Belogorsk. December 18. VOSTOK MEDIA - The specialists of JSC "Rostelecom" in Belogorsk examined polling for optimum installation of video surveillance systems for the presidential elections on March 4.It is planned that in each of 29 polling stations will be installed in Belogorsk two cameras. The cameras will be placed in such a way as to avoid violating the secrecy of voting and there was no possibility of control over the will of the voters for their participation in the elections.
