The President has made to the State Duma amendments to the Criminal Code for the fines for bribery and commercial bribery

VLADIVOSTOK. February 18. VOSTOK-MEDIA - President Dmitry Medvedev made to the State Duma a draft amendment to the Penal Code and the Code of Administrative Offences, toughening penalties for commercial bribery, bribery, bribe and intermediation in bribery.
Criminal Code on the provisions under which a commercial bribery, bribery, bribe and intermediation in bribery set fines of up to one hundred times the amount of commercial bribery or bribery, but no more than 500 million rubles.
Code of Administrative Offences complemented a new chapter on legal aid in cases of administrative violations when necessary production in a foreign country of the proceedings, particularly in respect of legal persons on whose behalf or for whose benefit bribes were given.
