How to Attract Americans to Russian Far East?

VLADIVOSTOK. April 18. VOSTOK MEDIA – The US Consul General in Vladivostok Tom Armbruster addressed the audience a question “What should we do to attract more foreign tourists to the Primorsky Krai?”
The Russian Tourist Union (RTU) held a round-table discussion with the US Consul General in Vladivostok Tom Armbruster. The US Consulate General in Vladivostok told Vostok Media the Primorsky Krai branch of the union includes 40 tourist companies which strive to extend the current business and cultural ties between the Primorsky Krai and United States.
Participants of the meeting discussed joint cultural projects and the ways of attracting more American tourists to the Russian Far East. The RTU expressed its interest in participation in cultural projects held by the press, culture and education department of the US Consulate General.
