Vaccination Of Wild Boars in Primorye
Primorye has got 23 kg of vaccine
VLADIVOSTOK. 18 November. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Primorye is taking measures to save the unique Far Eastern nature. Now, hunt inspectors have received 23 kg of vaccine for wild boars to protect them from hog cholera.
Specialists say that vaccination campaign will be launched in the several forests where the population of wild boars is known to live. At the applications 20 gr of vaccine will be added into every food package for boars.
Inspectors from the Fauna Protection, Monitoring and Regulation Department in Primorskiy Krai annually launch nature protecting programs. The main goal is control of rational exploitation of Primorskiy flora and fauna. The other week witnessed attachment of 8 illegal hunter’s guns and 47 protocols on administrative violations.
