Ecuador Ambassador to Russia Arrived in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. February 19. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ecuador to Russia Mr. Chavez Zavala met with the head of Primorsky Krai Department for International Cooperation and Tourism Oleg Shcheka.

During the meeting, the Ambassador of Ecuador introduced the incoming Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Vladivostok Yuri Fedoseev.

Oleg Shcheka stated that in 2009 trade turnover between Primorsky Krai and Ecuador has increased by 28 times to $2.5 million. He also noted that the bilateral relations have vast potential for growth, in particular, in the sphere of transportation and tourism.
