Primorsky Krai Trade Unions Welcome Korean Students
Students from Busan will spend their vocation in Russia
VLADIVOSTOK. August 19. VOSTOK-MEDIA – A social visit was organized by the Busan-based non-governmental organization of the Russian culture lovers RUSAMO and Primorsky Krai Federation of Trade Unions. The delegation includes members of youth creative teams who will give several concerts featuring Korean indigenous dances with drums and fans, musical performances and hip hop dances. The visitors of the city will also give some master classes on hip hop dance.
Two concerts have been already given in the ‘Korean village’ in Ussuriisk and on the stage of Leisure Center of Trade Unions. Some performances and meetings with peers which will take place at the children recreation centers located in the quiet suburbs of Vladivostok are slated for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
“The main thing for us is the opportunity to meet with Russian children,” – members of the delegation stated.
Primorsky Krai Federation of Trade Unions plans to keep on exchanges of children delegations with the Republic of Korea. Russian students will return the visit in January, 2010.
Today trade unions of Primorsky Krai are maintaining friendly ties with trade unions of Japan, Republic of Korea and China. Every year hundreds of children of members of trade unions of these countries visit their foreign peers during summer vocation.
