Helicopter Landing Business and Shopping Center will be Built in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. April 20. VOSTOK-MEDIA – A multi-purpose building complex valued at nearly five million rubles will be built in the regional center at the territory of Tretya Rabochaya. The project of the complex was submitted for approval of Town-Planning Council that took place on Thursday.
The multifunctional complex at the Krasnogo Znameny Avenue, 104 was projected by engineering company called ‘Mamonov’s Architectural Studio’. It is supposed to be a giant modern object consisting of shopping centers, entertainment complex for children, fittnes facility,cafes and restaurants, office spaces and even helicopter landing.
According to the project originator the center will be built despite of its high cost, even under the conditions of crisis.
Design engineers envisage land improvement of the territory around the building, which will become the center of one of the biggest microdistricts of the city.
To prevent overloading on main heating power system, it is supposed to use autonomous sources of thermal energy.
Summarizing all that was discussed, Igor Pushkarev, Mayor of Vladivostok stated that the project is very important for the city and that there are no matches in Vladivostok.
Town-planning council of Vladivostok approved realization of the project.
