At an extraordinary meeting of the profile committee of the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory MPs considered in the second reading the bill "On Amending the Law of the Khabarovsk Territory " On the regional budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017 ". According to the press service of the regional parliament, the total amount of revenue and expenditure for 2015 is proposed to increase by 93.3 million rubles. Tax and non-tax revenues increased by 69.4 million rubles due to the adjustment of the taxable profit in communications industry and another 23.9 million rubles - other gratuitous receipts from the autonomous non-commercial organization "Investment and Development Agency of the Khabarovsk Territory."

The money is invited to send to the program for the development of the information society, including the modernization of equipment for television and radio broadcasting in the region, the realization on the territory of urban and rural development projects in the municipalities of the region. Such projects are based on local initiatives of citizens. They will increase the reserve fund of the region.

All other amendments are related to the reallocation of funds programs. For example, in the city Vyazemsky the fund for construction a kindergarten for 115 places increased by 25 million rubles at the expense of redistribution within the targeted regional investment program. In order to ensure the financing of the new measures of the state program "Development of housing construction in the Khabarovsk Territory" the Legislative Duma reallocated 20 million rubles for the implementation of measures for the creation of engineering and transport infrastructure to land for housing provided in the property to families with three or more children.

" The first deputy minister said that the redistribution is associated with the development of areas of advancing social and economic development in the region, and the need to improve the functioning of this area.
