VLADIVOSTOK. August 20. VOSTOK-MEDIA - The traffic police has developed new rules exams to obtain a license. Draft decree "On approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Interior Ministry to provide public services to receive qualification exams and issuing drivers licenses."The Order will come into force on 1 February 2013.Exam time will be reduced from 5.4 hours to 3.5 hours (in the case of passing the exam on the first try), but the number of tests increases, and errors can prevent less.
