Vladivostok. September 20. VOSTOK-MEDIA - investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Primorye completed the investigation of criminal case against five teenagers. They are accused of committing a crime under paragraph "b" of Part 4 of Article 131 of the Criminal Code (rape).
According to investigators, on July 16 last year on the lake in the town of Arseniev Companc in the conflict on the basis of personal relationships four 14-year old guys and a girl raped a 13-year-old girl.
