Stiff Competition for Primrsky Krai Governor Post

VLADIVOSTOK. October 20. VOSTOK-MEDIA – United Russia political party has submitted a list of candidates for governor of Primorsky Krai to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Head of the Government promised to consider the candidates “in accordance with the established procedure”, the official website of United Russia reports.

United Russia has put up four candidates for the post in Primorsky Krai: the incumbent Governor Sergey Darkin, FENU president Vladimir Kurilov, Official Secretary/Deputy Minister of Education and Science Yuri Sentyurin and a Chairman of the Primorsky Krai Government Valery Sukhikh.

Boris Gryzlov, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the United Russia political party, stated during his meeting with Dmitry Medvedev that all candidates are members of United Russia.
