"This decision is final and can not be appealed," Valery Zorkin, Chairman of the Constitutional Court, was quoted by Rb.ru news website as saying.
VLADIVOSTOK. November 20. VOSTOK-MEDIA – On Thursday the Constitutional Court of Russia ruled that death penalty will not be resumed on January 1, 2010, extending a moratorium on the capital punishment in the Russian Federation indefinitely.
“This decision is final and can not be appealed,” Valery Zorkin, Chairman of the Constitutional Court, was quoted by Rb.ru news website as saying.
