Driver’s license would be taken away for the lack of medical certificate

Vladivostok. July 21. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Currently drivers are not required to carry medical certificate, but the Health Ministry has already prepared a bill, under which motorists will be required to undergo medical examination once every five years, and with an expired certificate they will not be able to drive.
Recall that until last year it was required to present a certificate for each checkup, in fall of this year the requirement was lifted, and actually now have to undergo medical exams only before you get license and when you change a drivers license every 10 years. The current certificate is valid for three years (in some cases the presence of disease reduces the term), but after this period you can continue driving with an expired certificate.
