Vladivostok. September 21. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Office of Traffic Police Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Primorsky Krai announced an appeal to motorists of Vladivostok.
In connection with the works on reconstruction of roads traffic conditions remains tense outside the boundary of the capital, and in the city. However, this does not free us from observing traffic rules, but requires more attention, responsibility and mutual respect.
