Vikotor Nemchenko says that construction of a new restaurant may grab the territory where people prefer to rest in summer . Moreover, Avachinskaya Bay is the place of international importance. There are piers where international ships and fleet of foreign countries land to. He thinks that the coast line should be well-arranged in order to preserve its natural beauty instead of thoughtless construction of restaurants or bars.
There is also a suspicion that sewage will be released without treatment and dumped into water.
Deputy says that as soon as he receives an answer from the prosecutor he will raise a question at the Presidium of Kamchatskiy Krai and inform the public.
