Lukashenko Surpasses Putin in the Hottest Heads of State List

The DPRK leader Kim Jong-il took the last 172nd position in the rating.

VLADIVOSTOK. October 21. VOSTOK-MEDIA – According to the Hottest Heads of State List website, the Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko took the 12th position surpassing the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who got the 18th spot in the list.


The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko climbed the first place in the rating leaving behind the Prime Minister of Norway Jens Stoltenberg, King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, the President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Joseph Kabila Kabange and President of Argentina Cristina Elizabet Fernández de Kirchner as the fifth hottest head of state.


The U.S. President Barack Obama took the 15th position, whereas the President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili reached the 35th place. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev got the 55th position, the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow – the 59th.


Curiously enough, Prime Minister of the Italian Republic Silvio Berlusconi, who is famous for his love affairs, took the 65th spot in the rating of hottest heads of states.
