The exhibition called "Poland: Major tourist attractions" is held at the Sukhanov House Museum.

VLADIVOSTOK. October 21. VOSTOK-MEDIA – A new exhibition called “Poland: Major tourist attractions” kicked off in Vladivostok yesterday.

A small concert of Polish classical music opened the exhibition, which is held at the Sukhanov House Museum.

The exhibition features national costumes, photographs, hand made dolls dressed in Polish national costumes and other interesting items.

Numerous prospects provide clear evidence of Poland taking origin from both Slavic and European cultures. The first Polish state was established by Slavic peoples in 10th century and became one of the most influential states in Europe.

For many residents of Primorsky Krai Poland remains terra incognita. Meanwhile, this country of Slavic origin boasts a stunning architecture, including numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

There are more than one thousand people with Polish roots residing in Primorsky Krai. All of them are united by Polski Dom (Polish House) community-based organization, which has organized the exhibition dedicated to Poland’s tourist attractions.

It should be recalled that the exhibition is held at the Sukhanov House Museum (9, Sukhanova Str.).
