Ded Moroz Being Late

YAKUTSK. 21 November. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Ded Moroz from Velikiy Ustyugh who has been supposed to come on November, 21 is being late. He will arrive today in the late evening and all plans will be rescheduled on Saturday.
Yakutsk will see not only carnivals, concerts and competitions but a ceremony of handing over a symbol of Kholod (Coldness). The Russian Ded Moroz will take it from Yakutskiy Master of The Coldness Chyskhan. Then Ded Moroz will visit cities of Russia symbolizing the arrival of the Winter.
A meeting of Ded Moroz and Chyskhan will take place in the framework of the project “Winter Comes to Russia from Yakutia”.
