The region together with Yakutia amazed Russia.
VLADIVOSTOK. April 22. VOSTOK MEDIA – Yesterday the Far East became the warmest and simultaneously the coldest region of Russia. When day temperature in the Primorsky Krai rose up to 31 degrees above zero (Krasny Yar), night temperature on the north of Yakutia fell to 33 degrees below zero (Andryushkino), Gismeteo reports.
The highest rate of precipitation (29 mm – twenty days rate) fell in the Smolensk Oblast, Safonovo City. The highest snow cover (156 cm) was remarked in Ust-Kamchatsk, the Kamchatka Krai.
