This role performed Natalia Karnakova, whom works for the engineer at the Amur shipyard. She broke the champagne on board the ship.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of governments in the region, the Russian Defense Ministry, the command of the Pacific Fleet, the Legislative Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory, experts of the Design Bureau "Almaz" and local shipbuilders and their families.

"Indeed, today is an unusual day. The ceremony of launching the ship into the water took place. Skeptics said that will not be able to do it. However, we proved that such ships would go to the stocks of the plant. There were difficulties - financial, technical, technological, organizational. In the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory the personnel and the management have shown resilience and courage, and most of all - the required performance to deliver the ship in time. I'm sure there will be new orders"- appealed to shipbuilders chairman of the Legislative Duma of Khabarovsk Territory Viktor Chudov.
