Hokkaido Governor Come to Sakhalin

YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK. 22 October. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Today Governor of Hokkaido has come to Sakhalinskaya Oblast and met with Vice-Governor of the region Konstantin Stroganov, Vice-governor Sergey Viliyamov and Consulate of Japan Mr. Suysuke.
Delegation will stay for 3 days. Program includes visiting of a board for experimental building based on Japanese construction, sports complex “Gorniy Vozdukh”, meeting with students of Sakhalin State University and opening of the exhibition “Sakhalin-Hokkaido. Friendship Bridge” and meeting with leaders of the company “Sakhalin Energy”.
Also leaders of both regions are going to sign up a memorandum on joint actions to strengthen ties between regions.
