Free Russian Made Cars Delivery in Far East
The Russian Prime-Minister Vladimir Putin made a statement
VLADIVOSTOK. December, 22. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The Russian Government made a decision to pay for home made car delivery from the European part of the country to the Far East from the state budget.
“I propose to eliminate the tariffs on rail transportation of home made cars produced in European part of the Russian Federation. The Russian Railways will be compensated for the free delivery from the state budget.”- stated Vladimir Putin.
The Prime Minister regards the reproach of Far East residents, that they have to buy Russian cars at 2-3 times higher prices than in European part of the country as quite just.
“We all live in the same country and all citizens should be in a same socioeconomic condition. It is impossible to achieve it immediately but the large disproportions should be eliminated.” – said Vladimir Putin.- “ The transportation of a car to European Part costs 43,000 rubbles, but the delivery of a car from the European part of the country to Far East costs up to 70 thousand rubbles.”
Vladimir Putin discussed the issue on import of used Japanese cars in Vladivostok and subsequent distribution around the country. –“We will support every business as far as it is within the bounds of current law, but we should bear in mind that a few thousand of people at most are getting the excess profits. But Russian automobile industry comprises more than 1,5 million of people. In this situation we should think about these people at first.” – says Prime-Minister.
