In the Tatar Strait two foreign vessels under the Cambodia flag with Russian crews were arrested
YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK. May 23. VOSTOK MEDIA – Sakhalin customs inspectors while patrolling the Tatar Strait arrested two foreign vessels under the Cambodia flag with Russian crews.
A task group found in their holds over 12 tons of the alive crabs of different species. There was also a ledgerbait: cod, herring and squid. Both vessels were in mode of close border and did not have the right to be in Russian territorial waters. The vessels were arrested and directed to port of Nevelsk
A case about administrative offence was brought against these vessels.
