Vladivostok. September 23. VOSTOK-MEDIA - According to the sources of the Party, Putin may well announce on Saturday the main goal of "United Russia" for the next five months.
It consists in radically changing the government by adopting a new constitution.
As RIA "Vostok-Media" referring to the newspaper "Arguments of the week", the proposal will be made public if not at the party congress of "United Russia", then immediately after the State Duma elections on December 5.
