Dmitriy Medvedev: No Cheating with Quotas!

VLADIVOSTOK. 24 September. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Speaking on social-economic development of Chukotskiy Autonomous Okrug Mikhail Medvedev mentioned problems of region development.
Mr. Medvedev said not a case has been won considering hunting quotas for native population. “I would like to ask Plenipotentiary Offcier to deal with a problem. If there occurred cheating then we must halt it. I mean an overall situation in Amurskaya oblast and Primorskiy Krai. Quotas must be shared in compliance with law”.
“I agree that we have to reconsider implementation of nature resources law. Government has to reconsider mechanisms and if necessary, we will have to revise some of them. Law itself does not guarantee anything; we must see its implementation”, - said president.
