It will bring snow and wind
VLADIVOSTOK. 24 November. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Cyclone is coming to Primorye. On Thursday, November, 27, a new cyclone is coming closer to Primorye from the Japanese Sea. Wind with snow will cover up the south part of Primorye. The storm warning will not be announced as wind and snow are regarded as usual winter weather. Effect will have slackened by Friday, November, 28, when precipitation stops but wind will be still strong. On weekends broadcast predicts relatively warm weather.
