A business man from Vladivostok expressed his opinion that it may be dangerous for people who is over 60 to take flight to Moscow. “It would be better if they gave the opportunity to the middle-aged people so that they could visit their relatives residing in the Far East of the Russian Federation. Moreover the discounted price is too high for students and pensioners. It seems like the Government doesn’t know the true paying capacity of category of the population.”-said the businessman.
