International Human Rights Conference Held in Blagoveshchensk

BLAGOVESHCHENSK. April 25. VOSTOK MEDIA– An international conference The Monitoring of Human Rights Observation: the Role of State and Public Human Rights Organizations in Development of Human Rights Institutions was held in Blagoveschensk City.
The press service of Amur Oblast Government reports that such kind of conference takes place for the first time in their region. The representative of the Fund named after K. Adenauer, doctor Heinz Alfred Buller will take part in this conference.
The delegation numbers 13 members. It includes authorized representatives of the Human Rights Board in Russia, Yakutiya and Tatarstan, Irkutsk Oblast, Perm Oblast, Primorsky and Khabarovsk Krai.
The guests have already visited some social institutions such as women’s anti-recessionary center and residential care home.
