Within the limits of the preparation for summit medical center, theatre of opera and ballet are planed to be built in Vladivostok

VLADIVOSTOK. June 25. VOSTOK MEDIA – The designing of the objects including in the regional special program “The development of Vladivostok as a center of international cooperation in Asia-Pacific region”.
The program is taken for preparation for APEC 2012. 10,8 billions rubbles will be invested in reconstruction and building from regional budget and 34 billion rubbles from federal budget.
The program contains the following objects. The bridge across Golden Horn Bay, roads connecting the bridge with Patrokl Bay, the airport with federal rout M-60, reconstruction of the highway from Sanatornaya and construction of the road net on Russky Island.
Medical center, theatre of opera and ballet are also in the program. Other 7 objects of the program are infrastructural. The construction of the refinery is one of the main objects.
The project of the bridge across Golden Horn is accepted by the Directorate-General for State Environmental Review. The contract with contractor is already signed. The expertise conclusion of the bridge across Eastern Bosfor is also made.
The competition on the construction company choice will be held in July. This company will construct the first objects of the program “The development of Vladivostok as a center of international cooperation in Asia-Pacific region”.
The realization of the regional program “The development of Vladivostok as a center of international cooperation in Asia-Pacific region” will allow to give opportunity for 3,8 thousands people to find job.
The main result of this summit will be the creation of comfortable living conditions in Primorsky Krai, the forming of the power economic situation and strengthening of the competitive positions both in Russia and in Asia-Pacific region countries.
