Shuvalov proposed to build up the Russian island in Vladivostok with townhouses
VLADIVOSTOK. December 25. VOSTOK-MEDIA - For teachers and graduates of the Far Eastern Federal University (FESU) and the Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences will create a building society with a free land and infrastructure.The island will remind America with one-story town houses and free-standing individual cottages, made in the same architectural style to the campus of FESU. Such ideas are presented on Monday the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, his first deputy, Igor Shuvalov.
