New Shopping Precinct for Russian Tourists was Set Up in Tunjian (the Peoples Republic of China)

BIROBIDZHAN. January 26. VOSTOK-MEDIA – New shopping precinct for Far East shop-tourists was set up in border city Tunjian. Since the beginning of this year many tourists are crossing the border through the special hardened ice crossing to get to Tunjian.
According to Chinese businessmen, despite of the world financial crisis, the citizens of the neighboring Jewish Autonomous Region and other Far East citizens would not cease to go to China for shopping. That means that money invested in the construction will pay.
Besides, on the threshold of the Chinese New Year the Russian border control check point ‘Nizhne-Leninskoe’ was operating in medium security because Chinese citizens were hurrying to get to their home. Now Russian customs officers and businessmen were given a respite. But right after these holidays Russian check point will operate in customary mode.
