VLADIVOSTOK. February 26. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Nutrition Research Institute of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences developed guidance on sparing but healthy nutrition.
The document titled “Healthy food is inexpensive” includes advice of Genadiy Onischenko, Chief State Medical Officer and Victor Tutel’yanin, head of Nutrition Research Institute. One can easily calculate the coast of ‘anticrisis’ grocery set. For Example, food for a child aged 7-15 is the most expensive – 2,800 rubles. It would be easier to feed pensioner – 2,316 rubles.
The authors of the menu advise to eat little but nourishing and healthy food. They also call people to cook themselves. According to authorities it is necessary to withdraw from meat and fish dainties, from sausages in particular.
Two or three times a week the menu should include fish – a source of not only protein but fatty acids. For dressing of a salad it is necessary to use vegetable oil, and children should not be accustomed to sweets and soda.
