Minors will be banned from the streets between 11pm and 6am.
VLADIVOSTOK. May 26. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Today, Primorsky Krai lawmakers have passed amendment in the third reading to the law “On Protection of Children’s Rights in Primorsky Krai”.
The amendment would ban children under the age of 16 from the streets between 11pm and 6am.
At present, it is not clear when the amendment will come into effect.
