Prime Minister Vladimir Putin declared a moratorium for 12 months for cars up to 3,5 tons
VLADIVOSTOK. May 26. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed a government decree establishes that the deadline for passage of the next state technical inspection of cars, which expires in 2011, has been postponed for 12 months. Government Resolution of 24 May 2011 N413 «Peculiarities of state technical inspection of motor vehicles and trailers registered in the traffic police of the Russian Federation" prolongs the action pass inspection, which expires in 2011, Interfax reports.
