VLADIVOSTOK. 26 November. VOSTOK-MEDIA. A tram breakdown happened on Okeanskiy Avenue, Vladivostok. Its breaking length was about 10 m. Accident happened in the morning rush hour and created a huge queue. Having to come round, car owners had to go on the opposite road side.
Tramways are a disputable issue in Vladivostok. Many car owners complain about trams creating long queues due to slow motion. Pensioners and privileged citizens say for the tramways as this is comfortable and affordable transportation.
